The process begins by plating silver onto carefully selected brass wire to create the foundation for the Jari.
The plated wire undergoes precise drawing to achieve the required thickness and dimensions.
The drawn wire is flattened to create the desired shape and profile required for further processing.
The flattened wire is carefully twisted onto yarn such as polyester or pure silk. This stage is known as Kasab preparation.
The prepared Kasab undergoes the gilding process to achieve the required colour, appearance, and finish.
The Kasab is further processed, flattened, and reeled with precision to achieve consistent quality and presentation.
After completing all quality checks, the finished Jari is carefully packed and prepared for delivery.
